KG Petrochem postpones board meeting to August 14th to review quarterly financial results

KG Petrochem Limited informed the BSE that the Board Meeting previously scheduled for August 12, 2026, has been postponed to August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report thereon, and the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
