The company is pursuing expansion through acquisitions, including a proposed acquisition of Winwin Speciality Insulators (WSIL) to bolster its high-voltage insulator market presence, and holds a 26% stake in Nebeskie Labs for energy management software solutions. Quality Power has also established a 50:50 joint venture with Raychem RPG for transformer component manufacturing. To further advance technological capabilities, the company appointed Shylendra Kumar as Group Chief Technology Officer, focusing on areas like power quality, HVDC, and FACTS.
