Agribio Spirits Limited, formerly known as Beekay Niryat Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, at its corporate office in Jaipur to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
