Amber Enterprises India Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, 13th August 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, covering the period from April to June, in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards; the outcome of the meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after its conclusion.
