Nirlon Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors has fixed a book closure from September 4, 2026, to September 18, 2026, with a record date of Thursday, September 3, 2026, for the purpose of the company’s 67th Annual General Meeting and payment of a final dividend of Rs 15.00 per share, or 150%, for the financial year 2025-26.
