M&B Engineering Ltd. announced the allotment of 12,503 equity shares under its ‘M&B Engineering Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2024’ to eligible employees, according to a regulatory filing on August 10, 2026. The shares, with a face value of Rs 10 each, were allotted at Rs 196.50 per share, aggregating to Rs 24,56,839.50, and will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. The total issued share capital of the company post this allotment is Rs 57,16,07,180.
