C.T. Doshi Family Trust gains significant stake in Waaree Energies through share acquisition

C.T. Doshi Family Trust acquired 1,99,999 equity shares of Waaree Sustainable Finance Private Limited, constituting 99.9995% of its equity share capital, through a gift from Mr. Chimanlal Tribhuvandas Doshi, resulting in an indirect acquisition of 5,27,67,331 equity shares, representing 18.34% of Waaree Energies Limited's total equity share capital, to streamline succession and promote family welfare, and the transaction was exempted from open offer obligations under SEBI regulations.
