CMS Info Systems appoints William Poole VIII as Independent Director for three years

CMS Info Systems Limited announced the appointment of Mr. William Poole VIII (DIN: 03533109) as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Mr. Poole’s appointment, for a term of 3 years subject to shareholder approval, will extend until August 9, 2029, and he is also recommended for appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
