Belrise Industries to review financial results and potential dividend at August meeting

Belrise Industries Limited will hold a meeting of its board of directors on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider an increase in the company’s authorized share capital, according to a regulatory filing. The board will also consider a recommendation of a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 on equity shares issued under a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), subject to shareholder approval.
