B C C Fuba India extends director's term and increases Executive Director’s salary

B C C Fuba India Limited approved the continuation of Chandar Vir Singh Juneja as a Non-Executive Independent Director beyond the age of 75 years, with his term expiring on January 8, 2027, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The company also revised the terms and conditions of appointment for Executive Director Abhinav Bhardwaj, increasing his monthly basic salary to Rs 350,000 from Rs 260,000 for the financial years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029, and extending his tenure until August 31, 2030.
