Windsor Machines Ltd consolidated sales down 19.37% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit plunged by 112.57%

Windsor Machines Ltd share price jumped 9.83% to Rs 304.4. The Company's net profit tanked by 112.57% to Rs 0.91 crore, while revenue from operations slipped 19.37% to Rs 148.87 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Industrial Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.9 lakh crore, rising 6.76%. It has improved by 4.26% over last one week and jumped by 31.59% in last one month while the market capitalization of Windsor Machines Ltd has inched up 9.83% and 11.99% in the same period respectively. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 4.17% to Rs 368.72 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 58.11% to Rs 3.23 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 2066% to Rs 22.39 crore, and PBT collapsed by 454.27% to Rs 19.91 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 41.32 crore in FY26, as against Rs 46.42 crore in FY25. Windsor Machines Ltd retreated by 5.86% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.63% during the same period.
