Inference Platforms seeks approval to change name and broaden services, including data storage

Inference Platforms Limited, formerly Photon Capital Advisors Limited, is seeking shareholder and regulatory approval for several corporate actions. The company is in the process of changing its name, a move pending approval from the Central Registration Centre, and expanding its business activities to include data storage, protection, consultancy, hosting, and data capture services through amendments to its Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. To incentivize and retain employees, Inference Platforms has also introduced an Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026, offering up to 81,620 options with a Rs 10 exercise price, and an Employee Stock Purchase Scheme 2026, allowing eligible employees to purchase up to 81,620 shares at a price not less than Rs 10. Both schemes comply with SEBI regulations.
