DCM Shriram directors Pravesh Sharma and Vikramajit Sen to step down in August 2026

DCM Shriram Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that Pravesh Sharma (DIN:02252345) and Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen (DIN:00866743) have completed their second term as Independent Directors and will cease to hold the position effective August 9, 2026, also relinquishing their roles as members and chairman of various board committees.
