Epuja Spiritech Limited, formerly known as Sagar Productions Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 13, 2026, via video conference to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 33 of the listing regulations, and to take on record the limited review report from the statutory auditor.
