MFS Intercorp postpones board meeting to August 13 to review financial results

MFS Intercorp Limited informed the BSE Limited that the Board of Directors' meeting, previously scheduled for August 10, 2026, has been postponed and will now be held on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and other business matters; the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
