Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Amit Mahendra Sanghvi as Managing Director from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The company also fixed September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining members eligible to receive the final dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26, and approved a revised Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
