Salasar Techno Engineering Limited convened a fresh meeting of its equity shareholders on Saturday, August 8, 2026, as directed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, to discuss the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hill View Infrabuild Limited with Salasar Techno Engineering Limited.
