Newtime Infrastructure Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sri Kant as a Non-Executive, Independent Director, effective May 9, 2026, following a shareholder resolution on July 6, 2026. Mr. Sri Kant, aged 40, holds a B.Com degree and is a member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India; he also serves as an Independent Director for Purple Wave Infocom Limited, Rollatainers Limited, Alliance Intergrated Metalliks Limited, and Adhbhut Infrastructure Limited.
