JSW Energy appoints Sanjay Sagar as Additional Director, pending shareholder approval

JSW Energy Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sagar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) effective August 8, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sagar, whose Director Identification Number is 00019489, brings over four decades of experience in the power, mining, infrastructure, and defense sectors, and currently serves as a director on the boards of GE Vernova T&D India Limited, JSW Sarbloh Motors Private Limited and JSW Gecko Motors Private Limited.
