Pradeep Metals re-appointed Dr. Nohria and Mr. Goyal to their respective roles

Pradeep Metals Limited announced that at its 43rd Annual General Meeting on August 7, 2026, members re-appointed Dr. Kewal Krishan Nohria as a non-executive non-independent director liable to retire by rotation, and re-appointed Mr. Pradeep Goyal as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of three years, effective December 17, 2026.
