Sylph Industries Limited, formerly known as Sylph Technologies Limited, announced the appointment of M/s Bihari Shah & Co. as Statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. 08th August, 2026, to fill a casual vacancy for a term until the conclusion of the upcoming AGM, while also noting the resignation of FHMSV &Co. Chartered Accountants effective 06.08.2026.
