Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited has utilized Rs 153.12 crore of the Rs 198 crore raised through a recent fundraising activity, according to a monitoring agency report released by CARE Ratings Ltd. as of June 30, 2026. The report indicates Rs 44.88 crore remains unutilized, including Rs 2.78 crore held in the company's current account and Rs 0.05 crore in a subsidiary’s account. A portion of the funds, Rs 7.50 crore, was redeemed from mutual funds and transferred to the company's current account. Rs 4.72 crore was deployed to acquire an additional stake in the subsidiary, Mayfair We Care Limited, UK. The report notes a minor deviation from the original plan, but states all actions were approved by the company's board and does not raise significant concerns.
