Vadilal Industries will review financial results and potential dividend at August meeting

Vadilal Industries Limited will consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and an interim dividend, if any, on equity shares of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2026-27, at a board meeting scheduled for August 12, 2026, as announced in an addendum to a prior notice dated August 7, 2026.
