Pritika Auto Industries board reappoints directors Ajay Kumar, Aman Tandon, and Kritika Goyal

Pritika Auto Industries Ltd. announced that its board approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar as a director, retiring by rotation, and the reappointment of Mr. Aman Tandon and Mrs. Kritika Goyal as independent directors for second consecutive terms of five years, subject to member approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting; Mr. Tandon’s reappointment is effective from November 8, 2026, and Mrs. Goyal’s from April 23, 2027.
