Tilak Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the board meeting scheduled for August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been postponed and rescheduled to August 13, 2026, due to additional time required for completion of certain financial reporting, and the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
