Fratelli Vineyards Limited announced that Adhiraj Amar Sarin will cease to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company with effect from the close of business hours on August 8, 2026, upon completion of his second and final term, also relinquishing his role as a member/chairperson of the board’s committees.
