Transworld Shipping Lines Limited, formerly known as Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited, announced it signed a Memorandum of Agreement on August 7, 2026, to sell the vessel M.V. SSL Brahmaputra to Avana Logistek Limited for a consideration of US$11,400,000.
