General Insurance Corporation of India announced that the meeting of its Board of Directors, previously scheduled for August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 13, 2026, and the trading window for designated persons will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of those results.
