General Insurance Corporation of India announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors, previously scheduled for August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 13, 2026; the trading window for designated persons, closed since June 25, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
