Aarti Pharmalabs Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Rajendra Vallabhaji Gogri, a Non-Executive Director and liable to retire by rotation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will not seek re-appointment due to personal goals and other commitments, concluding his tenure as Director at the close of business hours of the ensuing AGM.
