SIS Limited initiates Rs 26.50 Crores equity buyback program managed by Elara Capital

SIS Limited has authorized a buyback of its equity shares, initiating a program with an escrow account established at Yes Bank Limited and an initial deposit of Rs 26.50 Crores, representing 25% of the maximum potential buyback size. Elara Capital (India) Private Limited is managing the buyback, while Elara Securities (India) Private Limited is handling the Demat and Trading Account. Brajesh Kumar, Chief Financial Officer, and Pushpalatha Katkuri, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, are authorized to place daily buy orders on the National Stock Exchange and BSE. The resolutions, compliant with SEBI regulations, do not guarantee shareholders the right to offer shares or obligate the company to repurchase them.
