Novartis India Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the termination of a distribution and promotion agreement with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, dated February 11, 2022, with an effective termination date of September 30, 2026, to re-acquire exclusivity and secure market access for certain products.
