BLS International Services Ltd consolidated sales up 9.33% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit grew slightly 7.88%

BLS International Services Ltd share price gained 0.20% to Rs 254.3 after the company's net profit inched up 7.88% to Rs 201.62 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 9.33% to Rs 890.53 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Tour, Travel Related Services industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 87816.54 crore, rising 9.25%. It has improved by 3.35% over last one week and gained upto 6.16% in last one month while the market capitalization of BLS International Services Ltd has marginally improved by 6.33% and 12.13% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of BLS International Services Ltd stood at Rs 235.64 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 17.71% year-on-year, and surging by 15.76% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 230 crore, rallying 28.22% YoY and jumping 32.39% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 5.36% to Rs 669.83 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 137.25 crore, rising by 9.88% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 30.80% to Rs 2193.3 crore, while net profit surged by 65.73% to Rs 539.65 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 35031% to Rs 548.84 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 71.99% to Rs 605.52 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 828.83 crore in FY26, as against Rs 349.85 crore in FY25. BLS International Services Ltd tumbled by 36.89% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 1.97% during the same period.
