Bharat Wire Ropes Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Sharda as a Whole-Time Director for a period of five years with effect from May 19, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing general meeting.
