Kaynes Technology India appoints Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as statutory auditors for five years

Kaynes Technology India Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Messrs. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as the company's statutory auditors for a period of five years, from the conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 23rd Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval. The appointment follows the completion of the first term of Messrs. K.P. Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants, at the upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting, and the board meeting was held on August 07, 2026.
