Galactico Corporate Services to review financial results and consider raising funds

Galactico Corporate Services Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the annual report and auditor's report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider a proposal for raising funds through the issue of warrants, subject to applicable regulations. The company will also consider the appointment of M/s. BKS K & Associates as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and close the trading window for insider trading from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting's outcome is made public.
