Subros Limited confirms DENSO Corporation's nomination change, appointing Akihiro Deguchi as director

Subros Limited announced that Mr. Tomoaki Yoshimori resigned as a Nominee Director with effect from August 7, 2026, following a change in nomination by DENSO Corporation, Japan, and that Mr. Akihiro Deguchi has been appointed as a Nominee Director of DENSO Corporation, Japan, also effective August 7, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming annual general meeting.
