Velan Hotels re-appointed Eswaramoorthy Venkatachalam Muthukumara Ramalingam as Managing Director

Velan Hotels Limited announced that its board re-appointed Eswaramoorthy Venkatachalam Muthukumara Ramalingam as Managing Director for three years, effective August 7, 2026, and Muthukumararamalingam Gautham as Executive Director for the same period, also subject to shareholder approval. Both appointments were made at a board meeting held on August 7, 2026, and neither appointee is debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
