Puretrop Fruits re-appoints Motiani, appoints Saladi to its board, pending shareholder approval

Puretrop Fruits Limited, formerly known as Freshtrop Fruits Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Nanita Ashok Motiani as a Whole Time Director for a period of 2 years, effective April 1, 2027, and the appointment of Saikiran Saladi as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for 2 years, both subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board re-appointed Pradeep Katyal and Sharada Iyer as Non-Executive Independent Directors for 5-year terms, also pending shareholder approval.
