Rapid Investments to review financials, re-appoint Nina Ranka at August meeting

Rapid Investments Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider the re-appointment of Mrs. Nina Ranka as Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective August 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board will also consider the re-appointment of M/s. NNK & Co. as Statutory Auditors for four years and the appointment of Mr. Arun Jain as an Additional Director (Independent Director) for a term of five years, also pending shareholder approval.
