RACL GEARTECH LIMITED announced that its board of directors has re-appointed Mr. Gursharan Singh as the “Chairman & Managing Director” for a further term of five consecutive years, commencing from August 23, 2027 and ending August 22, 2032, subject to shareholder approval.
