Hitachi Energy India utilized Rs 2,520.82 crore QIP funds for capital expenditure and corporate purposes

Hitachi Energy India Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that there was no deviation or variation in the use of Rs 2,520.82 crore raised through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) from March 13, 2025, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing on August 7, 2026. The company’s Audit Committee reviewed the statement, which also noted that Rs 634.63 crore has been utilized for capital expenditure, while Rs 350.00 crore was allocated for working capital and Rs 613.01 crore for general corporate purposes.
