GMR Airports plans to seek approval to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore via securities

GMR Airports Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to enable a resolution for raising up to Rs 5,000 crore through the issuance of securities, including a Qualified Institutions Placement and/or Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds. The board will also consider the issuance of INR-denominated bonds for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 1,500 crore on a private placement basis.
