Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd consolidated sales up 4.76% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit grew slightly 3.88%

Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd share price declined by 1.10% to Rs 614.9. The Company's net profit saw a mild growth of 3.88% to Rs 47.14 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 4.76% to Rs 275.39 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Offshore Support Solution Drilling industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3495.36 crore, rising 6.47%. It has inched up 2.12% over last one week and crept higher by 4.97% in last one month while the market capitalization of Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd has eased by 0.12% and 14.75% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd stood at Rs 65.42 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 23.22% year-on-year, and expanding by 15.05% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 96 crore, slipping 1.93% YoY and surging by 39.14% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 5.41% to Rs 210.47 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 25.39 crore, slipping by 5.54% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 34.19% to Rs 827.95 crore, while net profit jumped 322.09% to Rs 215.9 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 19462% to Rs 181.04 crore, and PBT soared 197.03% to Rs 263.47 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 864.12 crore in FY26, as against Rs 44.18 crore in FY25. Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd ticked higher by 1.83% in last one year, outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 1.97% during the same period.
