Standard Engineering Technology revises meeting resolution for Independent Director appointment

Standard Engineering Technology Limited, formerly known as Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited, announced a corrigendum to the notice of its Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026, stating that the resolution for the appointment of Mr. Uma Maheswara Rao Kancherla (DIN:11705945) as an Independent Director will now be passed as a Special Resolution, instead of an Ordinary Resolution, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.
