Aadhar Housing Finance shareholders approved financials and re-appointed Mukesh Mehta as director

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange that shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Mukesh Mehta as a Non-Executive Director, and the appointment of M/s. N. M. Raiji & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditor for three financial years from fiscal year 2026-27 to the Annual General Meeting for fiscal year 2028-29. The company also received the Scrutinizer’s Report for its 36th Annual General Meeting held on August 6, 2026, and approved the payment of commission to Independent Directors and the issuance of non-convertible debentures through private placement.
