Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry issues warrants to promoters, increasing their stakes in the company

Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry Limited is issuing 600,000 convertible warrants to promoters Kamlesh Keshavlal Lodhiya and non-promoter Anil Vrujlal Jogia, resulting in a preferential allotment of shares. Lodhiya, who currently holds 25.82% of the company’s shares, will receive 350,000 warrants, increasing his stake to 39.88% post-conversion. Jogia, with a current stake of 0.17%, will receive 250,000 warrants, bringing his stake to 3.54% after conversion.
