IRIS RegTech Solutions reports a loss of (42.76) due to discontinued operations

IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited, formerly IRIS Business Services Limited, reported a profit/loss before tax of (42.76) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, significantly impacted by discontinued operations and a 12,631.19 exceptional item. Total comprehensive income/loss was (6.69), resulting in a basic earnings per share of (0.21) for continuing operations. The company’s revenue decreased to 3,085.79 lakhs from 3,790.97 lakhs in the prior quarter, with the RegTech segment experiencing a notable loss. To strengthen its SupTech and Bank-RegTech divisions, IRIS has appointed Shailesh Gupta as Business Head, effective August 20, 2026.
