ORTIN GLOBAL LIMITED, formerly known as ORTIN LABORATORIES LIMITED, will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and any other business with the permission of the chair; the trading window for securities has been closed since July 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
