AU Small Finance Bank allotted equity shares under ESOP plans, boosting share capital

AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. announced on August 7, 2026, that it has allotted 3,41,779 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, following the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under ESOP plans including ESOP 2015 PLAN -B, ESOP 2016, ESOP 2018, ESOP 2020, and ESOP 2023, increasing the bank’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 7,49,58,90,560 to Rs 7,49,93,08,350.
